The different Sales Mandates
> Without Exclusivity
Irrevocable and incompressible period of 3 months.
Unless terminated at the end of the 3 months, the mandate is extended for a period of 12 months.

The seller retains the possibility of selling directly, except to a buyer presented by the agency.

The mandate then becomes non-exclusive.
The real estate agency works the property exclusively for 3 months.
The seller cannot entrust the sale to another real estate agency during the first 3 months.

During the 3-month exclusivity period, if the seller finds a buyer by himself and
whether he makes the sale directly with or without the intervention of the agency, or whether he introduces this client
to the agency which then carries out the sale, the agency receives remuneration equal to 50% of the
remuneration provided for in the mandate.
