Transaction Fees Payable by the Buyer: Our sales fees are payable by the buyer and are calculated on the net selling price of the property. These fees represent the maximum percentages and amounts applicable to the net selling price of a property and include VAT at 20% (current rate).
Payment: Fees are payable upon signing the deed of sale at the notary's office. No fees are required before the actual sale of the property.
Maximum Fees: The fees presented here are maximum fees. They may be adjusted depending on the circumstances (joint sale, specific location, etc.).
